Refund Policy
Digital products
All brush sets, stamp sets, and other assets sold on ProcreateTools are digital downloads. Because access is delivered instantly upon successful payment and the product cannot be "returned", all sales are final and non-refundable once the download link has been issued.
When we do issue refunds
We want every customer to be happy with their purchase. We will refund in full if:
- The file you received is corrupted or does not install, and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time.
- You were charged more than once for the same order.
- You never received the download link and we cannot deliver it upon request.
To request a refund under these conditions, email support@procreatetools.com within 14 days of purchase with your Stripe receipt or order number. We usually respond within 1–2 business days.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback — most issues can be resolved faster by email. Chargebacks for successfully delivered digital products may be contested.
